Cominvest Asset Management Limited, a division of CommerzBank based in the IFSC in Dublin, have reaped the benefits of partnering with Teamsoft on a recent process and system integration project. Seeking to reduce manual input and duplication of data, Cominvest and Teamsoft set about developing a comprenhensive integration suite that brought together information from several existing systems and presented a single unified view and window to the information.

Teamsoft put a team in place in Cominvest to work alongside Cominvest's own team. This was to ensure a total transfer of knowledge as part of the project implementation and to ensure Cominvest's self-sufficiency once Teamsoft withdrew.

After 3 months the initial phase went into production and the feedback from both management and staff was both immediate and positive. Within 9 month of live operation, Cominvest had achieved all of the metrics set out for the success of the project and had recouped their initial investment.

Kildare County Council's National Roads Design Office, based in Naas, recently approached Teamsoft to provide a solution to help them accurately apportion overhead costs to NRA projects.

After an initial briefing and specification exercise, teamsoft presented a detailed proposal which was submitted to the NRA for approval. The system allows the Roads Design Office to correctly apportion all sundry expenses to the various National Scheme Budgets based on the work that has been booked to these projects.

The solution has been installed in the National Roads Design Offices of Kildare and Laois.
