When you’re busy and need to get your work done quickly but you still need to check everything, it can be both time-consuming and tedious constantly clicking to drill down and get more detailed information on each item. Well, there is a quicker way to do this than using your mouse to click on the “golden arrow” every time:
When in an item, hold the CTRL key and TAB to bring up additional information on that item. It’s as simple as that!
In our example shown below, we have selected the ‘Whse’ (warehouse) column. If we CTRL + TAB we get a pop-up showing stock quantities for the different warehouses instead of just summary information for all warehouses.
This useful feature can be used across SAP Business One such as in Sales Orders or Purchasing docs whenever you want to quickly see more information on items.
