Tips & Tricks: Save time using ‘Quick View’ in SAP Business One v10 web client

Getting more information is faster than ever using the Quick View function in SAP Business One 10.0 web client.

Is yours a fast-paced business where you need information quickly at your fingertips? Then using Quick View can get you that information even faster with just a click. Whether it’s getting more detail on item stock levels, checking customer details, or pulling up a document, this handy tool can get you what you need without leaving what you are in the middle of doing.

Whenever you see the golden arrow like in the screen image below, you can click it to open a quick view of that item. It gives you the main information about that record, as shown in this example where we see details on a customer and their balance outstanding.

For even more information you can then click on ‘View More’ at the bottom of the pop-out to go to that record.
